What is your return policy?
At DAVID X JONATHAN, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Because our everyday essentials are crafted and packed with intention, we do not accept general returns for a change of mind.

However, we know that getting the perfect fit can be tricky online! We proudly offer size exchanges, and we entirely stand behind the quality of our pieces for any defects.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Absolutely! If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we are happy to facilitate a size exchange within 14 days of dispatch, provided your desired size is currently in stock.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage costs associated with size exchanges.
  • The item must meet our return requirements (unworn, original packaging).
  • Simply email our team at info@davidxjonathan.com to check stock availability and initiate your exchange.

What are the item requirements for an exchange or defect resolution?
To be eligible for an exchange or resolution, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn and show no signs of use.
  • It must be returned in its original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging (including your signature pouch and/or box).

Are there any final sale items?
Yes. For hygiene and final sale purposes, all of the below items are strictly non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for size:

  • Earrings (no exceptions)
  • Customised items
  • Sale items

How do I initiate a return for a defective item?
If you experience a quality issue or received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch so we can make it right.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review the details and get your replacement or return sorted immediately. (We cover the return postage costs for any defective or incorrect items).
