How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer Free Tracked Delivery on all Singapore orders above $65 SGD.
For orders $65 SGD and under, a flat-rate shipping fee of $2 SGD applies.
When will my order arrive?
Every piece is carefully prepared and inspected in our Singapore studio. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be mindfully packed and dispatched.
Once it leaves our hands, your parcel will typically arrive in your mailbox within 2 to 4 working days.
How do you ship your orders?
To ensure your pieces arrive safely and seamlessly, all domestic orders are shipped via SingPost Tracked Service. Your jewellery will be conveniently delivered directly to your mailbox, so you never have to wait around for a courier.
You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey home.
Do you ship internationally?
We love seeing DAVID X JONATHAN worn across the globe.
If you are looking to have an order shipped outside of Singapore, we are more than happy to help arrange it. Simply email our studio at info@davidxjonathan.com with your desired pieces and destination country, and our team will get back to you with a custom shipping quote within 1-2 business days.
Please note: International packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we advise checking your local customs regulations prior to ordering.
I mistyped my shipping address! What should I do?
Our studio moves quickly to dispatch your pieces, but we are always here to help. Please email us at info@davidxjonathan.com within one hour of placing your order so we can amend your details before the package leaves our doors.
If it has been more than an hour, please reach out immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after this window, our team will do everything possible to help reroute your package. Please note that DAVID X JONATHAN cannot be held liable for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
